Job Description:
Ensures that Center facilities and grounds are well maintained and comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local safety, health and housing codes. Reasonable accomodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Develops the Center maintenance and logistics programs including procedures for submitting facility work orders for corrections of problems and procedures for maintaining an equipment inventory. Reviews work orders to determine work priorities and assists in making estimates of labor and materials for follow-through on work order completion.
Experience Required:
An Associate Degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Logistics Management, and Material Management, or Maintenance Technology, and one year of responsible work in any of the areas of responsibility.
